Meet the Founder, RaChel

COMPASSIONATE CATALYST // EMOTIONAL + ENERGETIC ALCHEMIST // WATER KEEPER // PRIESTESS // EMISSARY OF DIVINE MOTHER // MULTIDIMENSIONAL LIGHT ARCHITECT, HERE ON PURPOSE

I recently relocated to NYC area - just across the Hudson River from Manhattan. For four years prior, I had an in-person healing practice in Connecticut, called Insight and Illumination. As a spiraling vortex of cosmic consciousness dropped into a 5’2” human vessel, I never settle anywhere for long. I have lived in a dozen states in the US, as well as France for seven years. I change my hair, and how I use my name more often than my teenager cleans his room. You never know where or how I am showing up, but I can promise you, it will be my authentic best.

I love words and you will likely find this website wordy. That is because I want you to find yourself in my words. Mainly, I want you to find yourself. I want this for you because I know how delicious it is. After two decades spent healing myself, I can honestly say that I have unraveled nearly everything that was holding me back from being my fullness. I know what it is to integrate crippling self-doubt, shame, fear, and all the rest of the emotions we experience here. I am now comfortable in my skin, and I trust my Guidance and my skills. I AM an Open Channel for my Higher Self, a Founding Architect. It has been quite a journey to get here.

I am here to help you on your journey, whether you are at the beginning, or in a tight curve of the feminine spiral. As an Open Channel (or in more grounded terms - a 5/2 Splenic Projector in Human Design), I see you, your truest essence, and I reflect that back for you to see and meet. I will be a catalyst for your growth and understanding. I will help you meet and integrate your emotional weight and energetic blocks. I will hold you safely, compassionately and with integrity as you let go of what was not yours in the first place. I will champion you, but I will not hold your hand all the way through. I will empower you to find your answers within. I can connect you to more of your Divine Self, and I can guide you on how to embody it.

The time for playing small is over. Our world is at a critical juncture. The Divine Feminine is rising, and she wants you, she needs you to trust yourself. And once you have unpacked that, she needs you to trust your sisters. And once you have unpacked that, we are called to be wayshowers for all, and to build a new world.

Why Water?

I recently began working with water to remember what we used to know about its healing power and memory keeping. My Higher Self directed me to dive into my own depths to recover this buried treasure. I have just begun this journey, but already I find it phenomenal.

» You were called here by your own internal waters, the tide brought you here to me. Our bodies average 60% water, with our hearts holding 75-80%, and our brains holding 80-85%. That is an astounding amount of water in something that appears solid.

Your waters holds your emotions, your memories, your lineage, and your intuition. And it all led you here.

Now close your eyes and ask yourself, Why? Which part of your evolution wants to expand? Where are you playing smaller than you would like? How much do you truly know and trust yourself? How much of any day feels in total alignment with your Soul? How much have you connected with other lifetimes you have lived? Have you ever been drawn to something and couldn’t understand why? What if I told you that your wisdom -beyond what you currently know- is a bottomless well, and eternal fountain? Would you believe me? Or would you need someone to validate that? What if I told you there is a way to never need to be validated again?

What if I told you that your love, presence, and forgiveness are all you have ever needed all along? Those things we search for in others - we can give to ourselves in a way that is deeply fulfilling and healing. You can reflect your Truth back to you better than anyone can. You just haven’t been taught how to do that. I can show you.

I see you, I honor you, and I will learn from you as well.

In order to do the work we need to do, safety is paramount. I am, and hold, a safe space where you can share freely, without judgment. I will also let you know what of your journey resonates with my own. You will not feel alone, we are in this experience together.
Compassion is a key element of my frequency. Deeply empathetic, I will listen deeply and journey with you.
In my compassion, I see the perspectives of all players, and will also reflect that back to you, which can help with understanding and forgiveness.
I find it takes too much effort to wear masks, or curate a version of myself for anyone. I am that I am, or to put it another way, what you see is what you get. I had to work through a lot to get here, but it was worth it.
You are beautiful just as you are. No need to be any different. If you are looking to show up without fear, I have been on this journey.
I have seen my clients change their lives beyond recognition when we work together. This requires accountability. It requires you to make changes that sustain growth. I am not the person you vent to for a year about your mother/father/neighbor. If you work with me, changes are expected. And that begins with your accountability.
